Lead Video Production Specialist

Position Overview:

The Video Marketing division at zooplus SE is in search of a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication abilities, a fervor for video creation, and editing expertise to help us showcase our passion for pets through captivating video content.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: You will be responsible for overseeing high-volume video production projects. Whether it's for social media or television commercials, you have the expertise to navigate all aspects of production.
  • Project Coordination: You will ensure that timelines, deadlines, and resources are managed effectively in collaboration with our stakeholders, both internal and external. Your organized approach and thorough documentation will provide clarity throughout each project.
  • Effective Communication: You excel in transparent and effective communication, utilizing industry-standard documentation tools to facilitate collaboration.
  • Creative Insight: In addition to your structured approach, you possess a strong visual and creative thinking ability to support our content creators.
  • Hands-On Support: You are capable of assisting the team with video recording and editing as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Several years of experience as a video producer, with agency experience being a significant advantage.
  • A strong passion for coordinating and developing video productions across various marketing channels.
  • A commitment to efficient processes and streamlined workflows.
  • Proficiency in managing and briefing content creators, ensuring a structured working environment.
  • Solid experience in video production, including recording and editing.
  • A base in Munich or nearby to provide timely support for video shoots across the city.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
  • Experience in motion design is a considerable advantage.
