At Enjins, we aspire to be the leading ML Engineering firm in NorthWest Europe, recognized for our talent, clientele, and investor relations. With offices in Utrecht and a newly established hub in Berlin, we are dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing machine learning solutions tailored for our scale-up partners.
Our Approach
We prioritize impact in our vision for Machine Learning. Our methodology focuses on delivering solutions that generate tangible business value. Our team of ML engineers possesses a diverse skill set, emphasizing ML engineering, data engineering, and MLOps. Collaborating closely with our clients, we ensure the delivery of effective ML solutions.
Your Role
As the AI Strategy Lead, you will be the commercial catalyst for our Berlin hub. Your responsibilities will encompass customer acquisition, expanding your network within the startup ecosystem, and shaping impactful projects. You will develop AI strategies for notable Berlin scale-ups using our proven ML Audit approach, which has been successfully applied to over 75 scale-ups in our initial years.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your consulting expertise to formulate AI strategies for Berlin-based scale-ups.
- Expand your network within the Berlin tech scene and secure new clients.
- Engage with venture capitalists to enhance our due diligence offerings.
- Contribute to the growth of our Berlin-based ML engineering team.
- Aspire to advance to a C-level position within the Enjins Berlin hub.
Onboarding Timeline
Within 1 month:
- Complete the Enjins onboarding program to familiarize yourself with our operations.
- Become acquainted with our sales processes.
Within 3 months:
- Initiate your first audit with a client.
- Participate in sales discussions alongside our CEO.
- Lead the ML team to enhance their business acumen.
Within 6 months:
- Identify new propositions, tools, and processes that yield optimal results.
- Recruit additional ML Engineers to expand our team.
- Develop innovative AI strategies for tech scale-ups in Berlin.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar field, ideally within the data or technology sectors.
- Comfortable engaging with clients at the executive level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc.) to drive results.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering topics.
- Fluency in both German and English, with eligibility to work in Berlin.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- A desire to enhance your sales and business development capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in machine learning, including model creation and deployment.
- Ambitious, responsible, and pragmatic in your approach.
- A well-established network within the Berlin tech community.
