Job Title: Lead Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Lead Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners for our mobile app and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new partners and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management and make recommendations for future growth.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
