About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at THRYVE. As a TPM, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and road mapping to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for developers
  • Gather and document project requirements to ensure accurate project scope
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues in collaboration with engineers to ensure project success
  • Coordinate and consult with customers, providing technical guidance and decision-making support to drive business outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as a developer or a recent graduate in Business Informatics (or related field) with some software engineering exposure
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), deployment, and APIs to drive technical innovation
  • Structured, organized, and flexible thinker with excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable presenting and consulting with clients to drive business results
  • Happy to work in a collaborative environment with a dynamic team
