About the Role
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our Service & Construction Academy team. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering safety and technical training programs to Vestas technicians, employees, customers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and safety training programs for various target groups.
- Participate in delegated projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to training-related discussions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and upgrade training equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills through continuous learning and professional development.
- Mentor other instructors in subject matter content and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics, electrician, or auto mechanic.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in the wind energy industry.
- Experience in conducting technical training with a focus on safety.
- Fluent in English, with German being desirable.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Driver's license class B.
