About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Consultant/Workshop Manager to join our team at DELLO GRUPPE in Husum.
• As a Service Consultant/Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide qualified and specialized customer advice on our service and maintenance offerings.
• Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Manage and execute all maintenance and repair work in accordance with high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Support the Workshop Manager in the workshop and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• A successful completion of a technical education with relevant manufacturer training.
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service role.
• A high level of service and customer orientation, as well as a passion for automobiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with dealer management systems.
