Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? Within our Administration and Finance division, you will encounter a variety of engaging and diverse responsibilities. This department serves as an internal support provider, managing a range of administrative functions for all sectors and personnel within our organization, particularly in areas such as financial accounting, travel oversight, fleet and facility administration, and overall organizational tasks. msg is a standalone corporate group with a global workforce exceeding . employees. Key Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate and apply for tax research allowances while ensuring compliance with necessary documentation standards.
- You will oversee the central evaluation of research allowances and additional funding opportunities.
- You will provide guidance to colleagues on the establishment, pricing, execution, and documentation of funded research initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
- You will advocate for billed msg expenses during pricing audits in collaboration with functional controlling teams and project managers.
- You will organize external marketing strategies with project leaders to enhance revenue generation for our group.
- You will also engage in various tax-related projects and topics.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline, preferably with knowledge of German tax and commercial legislation.
- Several years of experience in tax, finance, or controlling, ideally with exposure to the funding sector; candidates transitioning from other fields are encouraged to apply.
- Your analytical mindset and willingness to learn about new and intricate subjects make you a proactive and responsible team player, adept at overcoming challenges with your organizational abilities.
