Your Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity for a technically inclined individual to take charge of the global competence enhancement within our Service Division.
Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison among R&D, Product Management, the Innovation Centre, and Service to facilitate technical training initiatives for our field service engineers and trainers worldwide. You will lead these efforts through alignment activities, the development of training resources, and the orchestration of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Global Competence Development Team.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and the Innovation Centre to develop and create training materials.
- Independently prepare and deliver technical training sessions for our Service technicians and trainers, both virtually and in-person.
- Assist Engineers and Trainers in our Customer Centers with their professional development.
- Design, develop, and document individual assessments based on competence requirements.
- Ensure that safe working practices are integrated into training materials and sessions.
