About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Executive to join our team at Lightspeed. As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect's needs.
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Leverage our CRM to manage all sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Lightspeed in the market.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- General technical proficiency with software.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
