Wir suchen einen Business Development Manager (m/w/d) mit technischem Know-how, der bereit ist, sich einer neuen Herausforderung zu stellen.

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Förderung und Expansion des Geschäfts mit überwiegend bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden in Deutschland und der Schweiz.

Unser Kunde ist ein führendes Unternehmen in der Produktion von Rohrleitungssystemen und agiert international.

Die Anstellung erfolgt unbefristet und im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Fokus auf Neukundenakquise und profitables Wachstum in den Kernmärkten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsziele
  • Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung
  • Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
  • Systematische Bewertung und strategische Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Veranstaltungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in einer technischen Disziplin wie Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik
  • Alternativ eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker in einem der genannten Bereiche
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Außendienst für technische Produkte
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Chemie, Pharma und Druckgeräterichtlinien sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu intensiven Reisen im Vertriebsgebiet
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Akquisitions- und Abschlussstärke sowie gute Überzeugungskraft
