Accounting | Full-time / Part-time | Remote (flexible)
Headquarters: Düsseldorf
- Accounting for all business transactions and independent execution of debtor and creditor accounting and asset accounts
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports for the properties
- Communication with customers on accounting and financial matters
- Point of contact for management, auditors, and tax consultants, including corresponding correspondence
- Support for the continuous improvement and optimization of processes – focus: process optimization and digitalization of accounting
- Accounting reviews, data maintenance, accounting, account reconciliation, and coordination
- Management of OP lists and monitoring of incoming payments
- Prior education or training in property management, financial accounting
- 2+ years of experience in financial accounting (preferably in the real estate/property management sector)
- Strong customer orientation, motivation, and passion for the property industry
- Advantage: Comprehensive knowledge of HGB and tax law
- Advantage: Knowledge of ERP software Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or mse RELion (planned as part of onboarding training) or alternatively Yardi, SAP, etc.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact, both internally and externally
