Aufgaben

Als Site Support Manager sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen den Tochtergesellschaften weltweit und dem Stammhaus in Berlin. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Unterstützung des internen / externen Vertriebs bei der technischen Angebotserstellung und Pre-Sales Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Messen, Veranstaltungen und Netzwerkaktivitäten
  • Bewertung der Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung von Sonderlösungen
  • Auftragssteuerung und Terminüberwachung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Sales zu den Kundenerwartungen
  • Steuerung der Serviceaktivitäten und Unterstützung bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung bei Wissenstransfer und Schulungen
  • Reporting der Projekte und Aktivitäten im CRM und ERP ABAS
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Verkaufsprojekten weltweit
Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Position zu sein, benötigen Sie:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mikrosystemtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations-, Problemlösungskompetenzen
  • Großes Interesse in internationalen Projekten
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)
