Customer Support Coordinator, Food Color Solutions

At Sensient Technologies, our Customer Support team is dedicated to addressing client inquiries, particularly concerning pre-sales and post-sales assistance related to customer initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our sales and distribution teams to enhance and strengthen existing client relationships while boosting overall customer satisfaction.

This full-time position is based in our European Centre of Excellence for Food Colors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver standard and specialized product documentation as required.
  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding all client-related matters with Account Managers and provide support as necessary.
  • Identify, initiate, and lead efforts for continuous enhancement of sales processes.
  • Assist in the prompt initiation and completion of orders, sample requests, and timely shipments.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a German vocational qualification (Ausbildung) in Economics or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in Customer Service or as a Sales Assistant is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential for this international role. Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively during interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capability to prioritize under pressure, and a commitment to high standards of excellence.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SalesForce, and JDEdwards or Oracle.
