Accounting Coordinator

Position Summary:

As a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) within our Finance Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of all accounting-related tasks. This position demands close cooperation with various internal teams as well as international colleagues and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing all accounting functions for our subsidiaries and affiliated companies in diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and professionally handle invoices and financial transactions
• Enhance the detailed approval workflow and navigate compliance regulations
• Facilitate global intercompany financial settlements
• Support clear and efficient local account reconciliations
• Engage in cash pooling reconciliation activities
• Oversee corporate tax payment processes

Qualifications:

• A completed qualification as a Financial Accountant or Tax Advisor is required
• Extensive experience in accounting, ideally within an internationally operating manufacturing environment
• Proficient in English with good command of German
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards) and strong skills in MS Office
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and systematically with a keen eye for detail
