Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und erfahrenen Hausmeister / Haustechniker (m/w/d), der sich um den störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Gebäudetechnik am Standort Heidelberg kümmert.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Prüfung und Wartung der Gebäudetechnik, einschließlich Elektro-, Heizung-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
  • Betreuung der Brandmeldeanlage und Identifizierung von Störungen und deren Ursachen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen, einschließlich kleiner selbstständiger Arbeiten
  • Beauftragung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
  • Erfassung von Mängeln und Reparaturaufträgen sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten in unserer Wartungssoftware
  • Einweisung und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern am Standort Heidelberg
  • Beschaffung und Verwaltung der benötigten Materialien und Gerätschaften im Facility Service
  • Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Betriebsgelände
  • Unterstützung der Abfallbeseitigung sowie Umsetzung von allgemeinen Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene handwerklich-technische Ausbildung (z.B. als Anlagenmechaniker, Installateur, Heizungsbauer) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Betriebs-, Energie- und/oder Gebäudetechnik
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und ggf. im Umgang mit der Software WartMan
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
