Aufgaben


Als Performance Manager SEA bei der K&K Petfood GmbH übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Suchmaschinenwerbung (SEA) von Google Ads bis Bing Ads, Amazon und Facebook Ads. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die kontinuierliche Optimierung von SEA-Kampagnen durch Keyword-Recherche, Erstellung von Anzeigentexten und Landing Pages.


Deine Ziele sind die Verbesserung des Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) und die Qualität der Conversions. Du hast Budgetverantwortung für alle unsere Shops und Konten und bist für die Steuerung und Umsetzung von SEA-Projekten verantwortlich.

Qualifikation


Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, benötigen wir einen erfahrenen SEA-Manager mit abgeschlossenem Studium im Bereich BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung. Du solltest über Berufserfahrung im Bereich SEA verfügen und zahlenorientierte und analytische Fähigkeiten besitzen.


Deine Stärken sollten in der Analyse von Daten und der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der SEA-Kampagnen liegen. Du solltest auch über gute Office-Kenntnisse und eine Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität verfügen.


Die Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sind sehr wichtig, weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch, Französisch oder Niederländisch sind ein Plus. Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce ist ebenfalls wünschenswert.
