Hensoldt ist ein führendes Unternehmen der europäischen Verteidigungsindustrie mit globaler Reichweite. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lead Project Quality Manager für unseren Standort Taufkirchen.

Aufgaben
  • Fachlicher Lead des Qualitätsmanagementteams IFF und Data Links
  • Enge Begleitung der Entwicklung im Projektanlauf bezüglich »Understanding of Requirements«
  • Begleitung von externen Entwicklungen inklusive Unterstützung bei Erstellung von SoWs, sowie Definition von Anforderungen an FAIs und Reviews von Meilensteinen beim Supplier
  • Planung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung von Produkten des Engineerings und Erstellung von Qualitätsmanagementplänen
  • Überwachung von Nachweisprüfungen des Engineerings sowie Erstellung von Prüfplänen und Prüfspezifikationen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption zur Systemarchitektur von Prüfsystemen zur Überwachung der Qualität in den verschiedenen Entwicklungsstufen
  • Bewertung vertraglicher Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Durchführen von softwarebezogenen Qualitätsaktivitäten
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich (Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Qualitäts- / Entwicklungssicherung elektronischer Systeme und Software
  • Führungserfahrung vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnisse über Risikomanagement und Anforderungsmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konsensfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Unabhängigkeit, Führung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
