Job Description

HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our OMNI Detection department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing national and international customer projects in the area of missile warning systems for flying platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer projects in the area of missile warning systems for flying platforms
  • Managing and ensuring the cooperation of all necessary stakeholders in an international environment
  • Achieving project goals, particularly with regard to costs, time, and performance/quality
  • Initiating, controlling, and coordinating measures necessary to achieve project goals
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of strategic tasks of the business unit
  • Acquisition support and creating offers based on customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, preferably in engineering, industrial engineering, or business management
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Independent, solution-oriented work and very good communication skills
  • Experience working in international teams and as an interface to various organizational units and customers
  • Confident appearance in an international, military environment
