**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in Gera.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by conducting hearing tests and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships.
  • Utilize customer data to initiate phone calls and organize local marketing events, such as health fairs and market days.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information by maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control within the store.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d) with a strong understanding of hearing care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on achieving common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
