Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled "Procurement/Resource Controller (f/m/d)" to join our "Procurement Controlling" team at the Oberkochen location.The Procurement Controlling team plays a crucial role in strategizing and managing all needs throughout the service creation process. The primary focus is on accurately assessing procurement and staffing needs to enhance efficiency, optimize operational workflows, and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement in Procurement Controlling activities Involvement in the operational planning processes for the Procurement sector Continuous assessment of personnel and procurement needs Reporting, analysis, and management of inventory levels Support Procurement in achieving purchasing objectives Conducting variance analyses to ensure operational targets are met Calculating cash outflows related to procurement activities Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports Ensuring consistent reporting on financial performance metrics across divisionsCandidate Profile
Degree in business administration or a related field Extensive experience in finance Background in purchasing controlling Expertise in assessing procurement and staffing requirements Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles Proficient in SAP R/3 / S4/HANA Self-motivated, organized, and dependable work style Strong communication skills and assertiveness Fluent in both German and EnglishWhat We Offer
