Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Leader Assistant to join our team at REWE Dortmund SE & Co. KG.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Market Leader in all aspects of the business, including:

  • Implementing and executing sales strategies and promotions
  • Developing and maintaining a competitive store layout and product assortment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Managing and developing a team of sales associates
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
