Lead the Renewal Process in EMEA

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end renewal process in EMEA, ensuring customer retention and maximizing ARR. You will foster proactive communication with customers, clarifying contract terms, sending renewal quotes, and promptly addressing concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative renewal strategies and scalable processes for our EMEA team.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to prevent churn and with Account Executives to execute upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and smooth contract renewals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience working with legal and procurement teams.
  • Proven experience in contract renewal or account management within complex corporate structures, ideally in the tech sector.
  • Experience building out the renewals motion within an organization, including processes and documentation.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, with experience in Salesforce an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and a second language (German, French, Swedish, or Dutch).
