The EU Amazon Transportation Services' ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as a Senior Process Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing a top-tier middle mile process that ensures timely delivery of goods at optimal costs.
This position is pivotal in supporting Amazon Transportation Services and advancing operational excellence and project management throughout the EU Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Air Node, and Delivery Station network.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance network-level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics, and programs that optimize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Foster strong partnerships with operational leaders to assess the impact of new business initiatives and ensure successful onsite integration.
- Collaborate with other Amazon business units globally to exchange best practices and enhance overall outcomes for Amazon customers.
- Work alongside technology teams and product managers to develop innovative tools and systems that support business growth.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and the ACES Training program.
- Establish benchmark standards and an auditing process.
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges with a focus on identifying root causes.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is essential to our ability to deliver efficiently. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse team that is integral to our success. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will help optimize Amazon's transportation operations.
