About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Expert to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team in the EU. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our transportation network and driving operational excellence across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs to maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
  • Engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers.
  • Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
  • Support the improvement of the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and ACES Training program.
  • Create benchmark standards and audit processes.
  • Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.

Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher) or extensive Amazon experience.
  • Proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation planning, carrier management, supply chain, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher).
  • Exposure to program and project management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders' groups.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Approximately 30-40% travel required.
