Position Title: Customer Support Specialist for Technical Sales in Tile Solutions

Role Overview:

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients regarding the application of our system products via telephone.
  • Manage both internal and external communications related to the tile solutions division.
  • Draft and evaluate technical documentation and site assessments.
  • Maintain data integrity using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical or vocational training, ideally as a tile installer, with several years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
