About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at pro-beam AG & Co. KGaA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT and technology industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and customers.
