Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Strategist to join our team. As a CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute CRM Strategies: Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze Email Performance Metrics: Conduct rigorous analysis of email performance metrics to iterate and refine campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Generate Innovative Customer Engagement Initiatives: Develop innovative customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Use Targeted Messaging: Use targeted messaging on-site via popups and embedded messages to further push campaign strategies.
  • Articulate Brand and Artist Narratives: Employ storytelling techniques to articulate the LUMAS brand and artist narratives, enhancing customer experience and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Hands-on CRM Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset, skilled in converting raw data into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional Storytelling and Communication Abilities: Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
  • Business Fluency: Business fluent in German and English.
