Your Role

As the International CRM Strategist at Sunday Natural Products GmbH, you will join a skilled team dedicated to managing our global CRM initiatives, fostering enduring relationships with clients, and monitoring our critical KPIs with a keen emphasis on emerging international markets.

  • Internationalization Leadership: You will significantly contribute to our internationalization efforts and assist in the deployment of automation strategies that enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Email Campaign Management: You will oversee the comprehensive conception, planning, execution, and enhancement of targeted, personalized, and automated email campaigns tailored for international audiences.
  • Retention Strategy Development: You will pinpoint opportunities for customer retention within CRM channels, proposing innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
  • Performance Insights Generation: You will derive valuable and actionable insights through a robust testing framework that enables continuous performance monitoring and optimization of key CRM KPIs.
  • Segmentation Optimization: You will assist in identifying effective segmentation strategies that enhance relevant communication and consistently drive revenue growth.
  • Campaign Conceptualization: You will help design and plan new campaigns in alignment with the company's strategic goals, collaborating closely with our CRM, Editorial, and Product Planning teams.
  • Execution Optimization: You will refine the execution of international CRM campaign strategies to ensure they align with best practices and meet the specific needs of various markets.
  • A/B Testing and Insights: You will provide consistent A/B testing and performance insights to key stakeholders, proactively addressing performance trends and ensuring alignment with our objectives.
Your Profile
  • You hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • You possess proven experience as a CRM Manager, Digital Marketer, Project Manager, or E-Commerce Manager within the e-commerce sector.
  • You have over 3 years of experience in planning and executing CRM email campaigns, including tracking and optimization.
  • You have experience working in an international context and scaling international markets within e-commerce and CRM.
  • You have strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel, with knowledge of Tableau and Data Studio considered a plus.
  • You are familiar with ESPs (e.g., Exponea, Bloomreach, Emarsys), which is a significant advantage.
  • You have the ability to analyze, model, and interpret data, deriving data-driven strategies.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You are a quick-thinking team player with a solution-oriented approach.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German or any other language is a plus.
