Marketing Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our Marketing division, focusing on areas such as digital outreach, events coordination, partnerships, and strategic campaigns. Collaborating with colleagues across various markets in Central Europe, you will gain valuable insights into BCG's marketing strategies within this region.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting in the conceptualization, planning, execution, and evaluation of both internal and external events (live, virtual, and hybrid), along with managing specific subprojects and activities independently.
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of campaigns centered around climate & sustainability, digital & technology, and innovation & transformation—this includes engaging in creative design processes and content development for diverse communication platforms, as well as supporting the team with daily operational tasks and conducting market research.
  • Designing and preparing wireframes/customer journeys for our landing pages in collaboration with our marketing and communications experts, followed by the direct implementation of concepts in the relevant tools and optimizing them using analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are currently enrolled in a higher education institution or have completed a degree program (preferably in business management, economics, marketing, or communications).
  • You have a passion for communication and enjoy engaging in creative work.
  • You have some initial experience in marketing or communication roles.
  • You have an interest in business-related topics and economic contexts.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar email marketing tools is advantageous, as is experience with AI tools and CRM systems.
  • You are enthusiastic about developing web pages and customer journeys, ideally with some experience in web-building tools and content creation.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
COLLABORATION
You will be integrated into our Marketing team in Central Europe, working closely with colleagues from various offices. Your supervisors will provide support during your onboarding process and professional growth, allowing you to benefit from the expertise of your peers.
