TAKKT AG is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an ERP Product Owner/ Business Analyst to shape the future of retail commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the vision for the ERP Systems and their features, aligning with the company's retail business model.
- Create a product roadmap based on the vision, prioritizing features and stories in the respective backlog.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage features and stories in the backlog, ensuring alignment with the company's retail business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the ERP team to create and improve features in the ERP Context.
- Interface between stakeholders and the ERP team for concept creation and development of new and enhanced features.
- Manage features on the platform, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collect and manage demands from all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's retail business goals.
- Work with the team and stakeholders to execute the product vision from conception to launch.
- Prioritize features and Run Topics (INC+RITM) by identifying business value and effort.
- Measure the success of implemented features through established KPIs and ROI.
- Analyze and identify enhancements or new features together with stakeholders and feature analysts.
- Create feature and user stories together with the product management team, stakeholders, and the scrum team.
- Review and create designs for new features or modifications of existing features.
- Lead the preparation and execution of iterations (Sprints & Featuresprints).
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of retail business models and processes.
- At least 3 office days per week on average.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Consultant and working in an agile product development environment, preferably with scaled agile frameworks or fundamental experience in the ERP context.
- Familiarity with agile product management tools, e.g., Jira and Confluence or Service NOW.
- Highly organized, structured way of working, and team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Analytical mindset.
- Very good English skills and fluent German skills.
