IT Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. As an IT Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our product vision, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management: Maintain and operate all product-related Business and/or IT Services, including availability and capacity management.
- Product Roadmap Development: Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision, guiding the design of features that meet our partners' needs.
- Market and Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of market and industry trends, acting as the key stakeholder for product development.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role with a strong background in Agile methodologies/frameworks.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of M365 SharePoint to support various business solutions, including our intranet. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including flows and PowerApps, to support various business solutions. Experience with website management, specifically Sitecore, is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
