We are in search of a (Senior) Consultant to become part of our multidisciplinary advisory team across the nation. This role is available in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Advising public sector clients on IT strategy, architecture, data governance, and digital management
  • Participating in the design and execution of modernization initiatives by formulating and implementing digital transformation strategies
  • Guiding clients through traditional and contemporary methodologies and frameworks such as OKR, Scrum, Design Thinking, or Prince2
  • Assisting in large-scale implementation projects with an emphasis on societal benefits, including the digital transformation of administrative services at various governmental levels
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics with a focus on IT
  • Hands-on experience in consulting, auditing, or public administration with an IT emphasis
  • Proficiency in data management, cloud technologies, and AI, along with experience in process automation and IT project oversight
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, digital proficiency, and dedication
  • In-depth understanding of public administration requirements
  • Analytical mindset, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for modernizing and transforming public sector operations
