Deine Aufgaben
- Als Junior Social Media Advertising Manager bist du zusammen mit deinem Team für die umfassende Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich bezahlte Werbung verantwortlich.
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Werbekampagnen auf allen gängigen Plattformen, von der Markenbekanntheit bis zur Conversion, und bringst neue Werbeformate und Beta-Versionen ein.
- Das Kampagnen-Setup sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung und anschließende Analyse, einschließlich der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Du präsentierst Strategien, Kampagnenergebnisse und Innovationen sowohl intern als auch extern souverän. Der Austausch mit Plattformen, Dienstleistern und anderen Stakeholdern ist ein regelmäßiger Bestandteil deiner Arbeit.
- In bereichsübergreifenden Projekten bist du aktiv beteiligt und kannst die Zukunft mitgestalten. Dazu gehören neben Pitches auch die Entwicklung strategischer Themen und Produkte sowie die ganzheitliche Betrachtung von Social Media in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Experten.
Dein Profil
- Du hast erste relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich bezahlte Werbung, entweder auf Agentur- oder Kundenseite.
- Du bist offen für neue Themen und begeistert von neuen Technologien und Trends.
- Du bist kreativ und hast einen Blick für das große Ganze, scheust dich jedoch nicht vor analytischen oder technischen Fragestellungen.
- Englisch beherrschst du sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sind dir vertraut.
- Du bereicherst unser Team mit deiner Persönlichkeit und deinem Enthusiasmus.
