About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Roderer Executive Search. As a Digital Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of digital campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an overview of available and optioned inventory to meet specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide recommendations for campaign placement, timing, and elements based on inventory, client brief, and budget
  • Set up and maintain Google Ad Manager servers
  • Creation of mid- and end-campaign reports
  • Provision for case study input to the Marketing Team, including screenshots
  • Setting up and maintenance of banner campaigns (Google Ad Manager)
  • Supervision of management systems (Trello), communicating campaign requirements to all teams involved
  • Support the Digital Campaign Manager in client contact and ensuring on-time delivery of materials
  • Adapt campaigns on social channels to deliver against traffic requirements
  • Communicate upcoming campaign requirements to all teams involved
  • Coordination of all required approvals from American Express for display advertising
  • Set up and optimization of booked banner campaigns to ensure delivery of booked impressions and good Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ad trading and reporting
  • Curiosity about the media landscape and digital technologies
  • Knowledge of web technology and focus on marketing
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of Digital Campaigns
  • Interest in developments in the areas of online marketing, programmatic advertising, or ad technology
  • Familiarity with digital business models
  • Digital native with knowledge of common ad servers, tracking solutions such as Google Ad Manager, and work experience in at least one ad server
  • Very good communication skills and work independently, well-organized, and proactively familiarize yourself with new topics and developments
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
