Job Title: Production Worker

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at I. K. Hofmann GmbH, a leading company in the automotive industry. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of forming machines, adjustment of tools and measuring instruments, and performing machine releases, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate forming machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Adjust tools and measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements
  • Measure parts according to drawings and inspection plans to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure machine efficiency
  • Conduct visual inspections of workpieces to identify defects or irregularities
  • Document work processes according to company regulations and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Check measuring tools at regular intervals to ensure accuracy
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in the metal industry, with experience in forming technology
  • Excellent knowledge of German, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Forklift license is a plus
