**Job Title:** Production Associate Punching/Setter (m/f/d)

A reputable company in the automotive industry is seeking a Production Associate with experience in operating and setting punching machines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Setting up and monitoring punching machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Performing machine release activities to maintain production flow
  • Conducting quality checks using measuring tools to identify and address any defects
  • Properly disposing of punching waste in designated scrap containers
**Required Qualifications:**
  • Completed vocational training in the metal industry, preferably with experience in punching
  • Strong knowledge of German and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Excellent team spirit, communication skills, and ability to work independently and with purpose
