We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dutch Language Content Moderator to join our team at Korenomics Sourceright. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital landscape and contributing to social media safety.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Moderator at Teleperformance (META Process) located in Berlin. The Content Moderator will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with content moderation, which includes analyzing and reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-based, international environment
  • Collaborate with the Dutch Content Moderation team to moderate Dutch content created across the globe
  • Perform day-to-day tasks associated with content moderation
Requirements
  • Good proficiency in the Dutch Language (Native/C1)
  • English language fluency (minimum B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit from Germany
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based, international environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive monthly gross salary of €2583 (based on 40 hours per week) plus an additional individual monthly performance incentive of up to €150. Additionally, we provide company-sponsored public transportation tickets, in-house resiliency support, and a variety of company discounts. A relocation bonus of €1000 gross (for those relocating at least 100 km to Berlin) is also available.
