About the Role:

Majorel Berlin GmbH, Betriebsstätte Berlin 1 is seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online community by ensuring that all posts align with our client's community standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines
  • Review, block, and delete content that goes against our client's community standards
  • Commit to delivering a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times
  • Have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and the spread of misinformation in online spaces
What We Offer:
  • A competitive monthly gross salary of €2,583 (based on 40 hours per week) + additional individual monthly performance incentive of up to €150
  • 40% shift bonus for hours worked on Sundays and public holidays
  • 50% shift bonus for hours worked during the night shift (10pm-6:30am)
  • Relocation bonus of €1,000 gross (min. 100 km to Berlin)

Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills – no German needed

  • A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you'll need to embrace different cultures, nationalities, and languages
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
