Als Data Manager (m/w/d) bei KION ITS Deutschland bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Umsetzung unserer Konzerndatenmanagementstruktur für die Region Deutschland konzentriert. In dieser Rolle bist du für die Sicherstellung der korrekten und vollständigen Erstellung, Änderung und Löschung von Master- und Transaktionsdaten verantwortlich.
Aufgaben- Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Policies, Prozessen, Prozeduren, Standards und Richtlinien, die vom zentralen Datenmanagement des Konzerns vorgegeben werden.
- Die aktive Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von zentralen Datenmanagement-Vorgaben, einschließlich der Identifikation, Evaluierung und Validierung in Bezug auf die Anwendbarkeit im regionalen Umfeld.
- Die Gewährleistung, dass die allgemeine Datenqualität sowie die Lebenszyklen der Datenobjekte im Rahmen der Vorgaben eingehalten werden.
- Die Bearbeitung von Datenqualitätsreports und das Initiieren von Datenbereinigungen oder Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenqualität.
- Die Unterstützung interner Projektleitungen operativ und in der Dokumentation bei der Durchführung von internen Projekten zum Thema Migrationsprojekt.
- Eine Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen oder IT-Bereich.
- Eine ausgeprägte Datenaffinität und ein Verständnis der Zusammenhänge von Prozessen/Arbeitsabläufen und Datenflüssen über mehrere IT-Systeme hinweg.
- Ein Verständnis als Bindeglied zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT und ein Verständnis, fachliche Anforderungen in prozessuale/funktionale Anforderungen, Datenanforderungen und IT-Anforderungen aufzubrechen.
- Ein Verständnis der Auswirkungen von Veränderungen (funktional und technisch) für den Geschäftsbetrieb zu analysieren und für eine Bewertung aufzubereiten.
- Ein sehr gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Word und Excel; idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4 oder R3.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift.
