Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge insurance platform. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality user interfaces for our mobile and web applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design processes.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in the fintech or insurtech industry.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written (German is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong understanding of research methods and the ability to apply research insights to inform design decisions.
- Well-structured workflow and ability to quickly grasp complex requirements.
- High level of customer empathy and passion for delivering customer value.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects, with a focus on design contributions and growth.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and attention to detail.
