About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Data Specialist to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our aviation supply chain team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a central data source for technical-logistic material data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Data Source: Develop and implement a centralized data management system for technical-logistic material data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Change Request Management: Plan and manage change requests for material data maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient updates.
  • Material Data Delivery: Deliver material master data to customers' IT systems, meeting their requirements and deadlines.
  • Preliminary Stocking List and Parts Catalog: Provide a preliminary stocking list and illustrated parts catalog, serving as input for technical publications.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with legally binding material information, such as ITAR, REACH, and Montreal Protocol.
  • IP/IPC Data Generation: Generate and update IP/IPC data, including codification, to support technical publications.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a central point of contact for customers regarding material procurement and documentation.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate and align with suppliers regarding their delivery services.
  • Collaboration and Obsolescence Management: Collaborate with other ILS disciplines and partner companies, and monitor, resolve, and document obsolescence issues.
About You
  • Technical Background: Completed technical vocational training and experience in the aerospace industry and/or as a technical clerk.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in military material management/logistics is mandatory, and ASD S2000M knowledge is also required.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP, and knowledge of SASPF is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (at least negotiation level) and good German language skills.
