Our objective is to implement a comprehensive approach to AMXL Reverse Logistics, integrating our capabilities across ReLo Operations with an emphasis on quality and vendor returns.
We are seeking Process Improvement Specialists to manage large and medium-scale projects and initiatives within the EU AMXL Returns network.
Your role will involve overseeing significant operational and service growth across European Operations while collaborating with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to understand business dynamics and identify customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:To excel in this role, you must be adept at driving operational projects in a high-pressure and often ambiguous environment, while effectively engaging with various functional teams and individuals at all organizational levels.
- Deliver a robust analytics capability to meticulously analyze our processes, operations, and technical systems, providing detailed, data-driven insights to inform our program and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations stakeholders to assess and support business decisions in an uncertain environment.
- Design program mechanisms to alleviate bottlenecks, enhance communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a diverse range of global stakeholders.
- Develop regular program communications, including launch plans, timelines, status updates, post-launch evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Engage actively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Proactively cultivate and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across various business units.
This position is part of the Worldwide AMXL Program, an initiative aimed at enhancing Amazon's capacity to deliver large items and those requiring special handling and additional services for an exceptional customer experience.
Our goal is to expand this business in Europe while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and cost efficiency.
This Process Improvement Specialist will be a resourceful and confident team player, capable of innovative thinking in an ambiguous problem space, and willing to engage actively to continue developing a program that makes a significant impact across the AMXL network.
