About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative services to our business partners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hospitality services and provide administrative support for our visitor management software
  • Manage office operations, including organization and coordination of supplies and consumables
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, and support with travel arrangements and expense management
  • Act as a liaison with external service providers, including property management and cleaning companies
  • Assist with contract management and take on smaller project tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel and tourism industry
  • Experience in reception and office management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English
  • High degree of initiative, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Good PC skills, especially in MS Office
