About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative services to our business partners and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hospitality services and provide administrative support for our visitor management software
- Manage office operations, including organization and coordination of supplies and consumables
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, and support with travel arrangements and expense management
- Act as a liaison with external service providers, including property management and cleaning companies
- Assist with contract management and take on smaller project tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel and tourism industry
- Experience in reception and office management is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English
- High degree of initiative, reliability, and organizational skills
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office
