About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Specialist to join our team at BASF Services Europe GmbH. As a Specialist in People Data Reporting, you will be responsible for the annual preparation, execution, and review of global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of data, including data from HR systems and controlling systems, to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
- Develop and implement data reporting processes and tools to ensure high data quality.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on data reporting and analysis.
- Train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of reporting processes and HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
