Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Tax Administration Specialist** to manage and oversee various financial responsibilities within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing support to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining comprehensive **tax documentation** and preparing annual assessments.
  • Facilitating tax deferrals and installment arrangements.
  • Issuing annual tax statements and declarations related to property taxes.
  • Reviewing and processing funding applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing billing processes with external childcare providers and overseeing childcare fee structures.
  • Participating in the establishment of municipal regulations concerning childcare and dog taxes.
  • Assisting with various **IT administrative tasks** to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Completion of training in **administration** or **tax consultancy**, or equivalent experience in financial administration.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and engage in effective negotiations.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with knowledge of financial systems such as OK.FIS being advantageous.
