We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to become a part of Almanak's Research & Development and Enterprise Trading Team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing Almanak's trading infrastructure, spearheading innovations in AI agents within the cryptocurrency trading sector.
- Developing and maintaining software frameworks for quantitative trading.
- Collaborating with Almanak researchers to execute trading algorithms and strategies.
- Improving and fine-tuning the efficiency of trading systems.
- Ensuring the reliability and robustness of trading platforms.
- Conducting code evaluations and adhering to best practices in software engineering.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in Python programming.
- A minimum of three years in software engineering roles.
- Strong skills in using web3py for interactions with EVM blockchains.
- Experience in algorithmic trading (familiarity with crypto bots is a plus).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of various blockchain technologies and associated protocols.
- Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Solidity and Vyper is advantageous.
