Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and products. Your primary focus will be on monitoring supplier quality results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier quality performance
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Validate and initiate chargebacks to suppliers for non-conforming products
- Support product launch activities and ensure quality standards are met
- Participate in FMEA activities to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing or production technology
- Several years of experience in quality management, preferably in supplier management
- Expertise in quality methods, including Six Sigma
- Strong technical knowledge of process and project management, as well as quality management systems
- Certified process auditor according to VDA6.3
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills
