Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Manager für unseren Bereich Business Unit Controlling. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Steuerung der Business Unit Automotive Gassprings.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Budget- und Forecast-Management: Übernahme des gesamten Prozesses zur Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets und Forecasts.
  • Profitabilitätsanalyse: Permanente Überwachung der Rentabilität und des erforderlichen Working Capitals.
  • Projektsteuerung: Leitung aller globalen Projekte aus finanzieller Perspektive, einschließlich der Einforderung von Maßnahmenplänen.
  • Strategische Mitgestaltung: Aktive Mitwirkung an strategischen Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsstandorts und zur Erschließung neuer Märkte.
  • Controlling und Finanzmanagement: Verantwortung für Controlling, Accounting und Finanzmanagement sowie Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftsmathematik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige internationale Erfahrung im Controlling, insbesondere in den Bereichen Beschaffungs-, Sales-, Operations- und Projektcontrolling.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Planung, Budgetierung und Working Capital Management.
  • Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung und Projektkalkulation.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP (Module FI, CO) und idealerweise in Cognos Controller.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Reisebereitschaft.
