Shape the Future of E-Health as a Business Continuity Manager

As a seasoned Business Continuity Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and mitigating risks in our e-health sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing business continuity and risk management strategies, guaranteeing our ability to deliver critical services and meet our commitments to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management Framework and related processes and guidelines.
  • Lead company-wide business impact and protection requirements analysis, risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
  • Provide consultative support to organizational units on business continuity and resilience matters.

Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science, IT security, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management, risk management, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of business continuity principles and frameworks, such as ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, and NIST SP 800-34, with certifications like ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Experience in designing and implementing resilience measures across diverse and large-scale business environments.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with German highly desired.
