Your responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software, along with ongoing updates and maintenance of server and client systems.
- Administration and technical support of a Microsoft-based system environment.
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT-related processes.
- Providing first-level support for on-site users.
- Maintenance and support of the ERP system and its associated systems and interfaces.
- Developing IT security measures and continuously enhancing the IT infrastructure.
- Assisting with the telephone system and all related telecommunications devices.
Your qualifications:
- Background in IT or equivalent training/studies with several years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, and Office, including macro creation and Windows client management.
- Experience in database management (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A high level of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
